So all the preparations for my brother's 21st B'day is going on. I was practically dragged out of bed yesterday to go shop for my traditional clothes in Tekka. My mother brought along my 2 aunts and my grandma to come along cos she says tt i am the picky one any it is very difficult to shop for traditional clothes with me. We reached there at 5 something and shopped for clothes till 9 something. We were going in and out of all the shops finding for a suitable traditional clothing for me. At last, we went to Sheetal international and i musr accept the fact that the clothes there are nice but very expensive. My aunt and mum almost spent a $1000 on the clothes there along with alteration and stuff. Well, my aunts and relatives were passing me all sorts of clothes to try on and at last we agreed on a punjabi suit. It fit me perfectly except that it was loose around my arm and needed alteration. You wanna know the price? It was $300 something. Not that alone but my mum and aunt, her sister bought some green saris for themselves. If i'm not wrong it was each $300+ too. Well, I wanted a different punjabi suit, it was really beautiful. Something between blue and turquoise, the bottom part had two tones. The next time we go shopping, I'll ask my mum to buy it! Yeah and after shopping, we went to eat at Komala Vilas, a vegeterian cuisine.

after so long, i decided to blog now...so much has happened. Exam nightmare is over, even school is over [ technically]. great news, i am a prefect again, thanks to Sophia's premonition. haha. yesterday i went out together with the eldds clique to do CIP. yes u heard it rite...Eldds doing CIP. unbelievable, but its true. we went to GraceHaven. it's actually a salvation army camp. the children there do not have enough money to be educated, so they study here. we had loads of fun. first we started of by playing games and then we had a skit followed by songs.
Eldds musical was a BLAST. it was so cool. i was a mimer, had my face painted looked so cool. dude some people said i looked the scariest but 'i hv no comments'. haha and so nadia, natasha and i were taking photos beside the curtains after i got my face painted. to make it scarier i was holding the 'sally' doll. then sherie was walking pass the curtains and we didn't noe tt and started screaming. sherie was also screaming though she didn't noe wad was going on. then after tat when we were doing the run, ilene started taking pictures and i gave my staring look with nicole's light under my chin. at that moment nicole's walkie talkie started making weird noises like it always does and we started screaming again. bleah. the picture eileen took was the scariest. looked like a real ghost.

Life's sour and bitter...but thinking that you have people to care for you makes life sweet.
Alrite...after much persuasion tt i gave myself, i finally decide to post on this 'not yet dead' blog. hmm...life has been bored, well what else. i have been particularly intrigued by a song called 'I'm Yours- Jason Mraz' It sounds soothing, well to me, its gives me the same feeling when I listen to Augustana- Boston.
During Eldds on Friday, what Dr Fang told us really left a great impact on me. He asked 'How often do you hear someone saying sorry after bumping into another person?' Well majority would just reply NO. This is the attitude of Singaporeans these days. We have to develop an attitude that allows foreigners to respect and look up to us as a country. He also mentioned something about the foreigners coming for the 2010 OLYMPICS. About how they are going to react after seeing the attitude of youngsters these days. We have to do our part to change the impression that people have on youngsters these days. Even if 3/4 of the youngsters in Singapore go haywire, the other quarter have to do their part on having the essential qualities of a young adult. Be a good role-model and at least the other youngsters would follow your footsteps.
Guess I was boring you with all these attitude stuff, well Singapore has a bright future ahead and we as youngsters have to do our part to leave a good impression on the adults.
Anyway I would stop my speech there for now.
School life
I guess I haven't got that chip on my shoulder seeing the fact that my homeworks and revision books are all left untouched. AND TMR'S SCHOOL!
so i won't hesitate no more, no more It cannot wait, I'm sure There's no need to complicate, our time is short This is our fate, we have to study and excel in our education.
That's it for now, I have to let's see study, but i don't wanna do that, man...force myself...i'm gonna get that chip on my shoulder. Adios
